Those scallops look juicy, cooked just the right amount. I bet they paired really well with your sides. Makin me sooo hungry haha

are you allergic to angles and therefore must only eat circle foods?

Fried plantains are too good. Delicious potato bananas.

Mmmmm, fried plantains sound so good rn. Try frying and seasoning slives of peel too. Season them like you would a french fry or potato chip. Bit of a strange aftertaste but you get used to it and its less noticable in homegrown ones

The tomatoes are so pretty, is there a specific way you dressed them?

I love circle dinner

Just fried in some olive oil, a bit of balsamic and fresh oregano on the plate.

Wish we had anything from the sea that's not super bony white fish. Beyond jealous of people who have access to scollops, oysters and shrimps to the point where they can even deep fry them and throw it into a stew.

I live in southern Germany, far away from any fresh seafood. This was my first time eating (and cooking) scallops. Found them at an Italian grocery store, frozen.

I'll need more scallops
